At its core, RGN is a family run business with the philosophy of a hand-shake commitment behind every project. Founded by Rich Nord after working with his father in the construction industry, RGN is currently managed by family and a dedicated team of employees. This team of Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and Master Carpenters are each capable of seeing projects through to completion because they love what they do.  RGN also maintains good working relationships with some of the finest architects and designers in the area.  In fact, the majority of projects come directly from designers, architects, client referrals, and repeat customers.
